The jacket has a wind flap around the waist, velcro around the wrists, and sleeve openings with thumb holes, which keep the snow, wind, and water out.
Furthermore, the jacket is lined with fleece, padded with 3M™ Thinsulate™, and a text reflector to be visibel in traffic.
