Returns
We take great pride in the quality and appearance of the merchandise offered at Pumpkin & Bean and want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 15 business days of delivery for a credit of the purchase price, excluding shipping.
To request a return authorization, please email [email protected] and include your original order number.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Underwear
- Socks and tights
- Pajamas
- Swimwear
- Hats and gloves
- Jewelry and hair accessories
- Blankets, burp cloths and bibs
- Towels and bath products
- Stuffed animal toys
- Custom or special order items
Return Conditions
All returned merchandise must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair and smoke
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In sellable condition
Items that do not meet these requirements will not qualify for a refund or exchange and may be returned to the sender.
We recommend using a shipping service with tracking and signature confirmation, as Pumpkin & Bean is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you received the wrong item, incorrect size, damaged merchandise or there was an error with your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In-Store Return Policy
Pumpkin & Bean store purchases are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued for in-store purchases.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or odors, and have all original tags attached.

Order Cancellations & Out of Stock Items
Orders may be canceled any time before shipment. Please note that canceled orders may be subject to transaction processing fees.
In the event an item becomes unavailable or sells out after purchase, we will notify you as quickly as possible and your order will not be processed for that item. Certain items may be available for special order and could require additional processing time.
Customers may also request to be notified when sold out items become available again.
