Web Return & Exchange Policies
We are extremely pleased with the quality and appearance of the merchandise we offer on our website and we want you to be as well. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to make a return we allow 7 business days from receipt for refund of your purchase less shipping and handling costs. Please contact via e-mail at [email protected] to request the return. After we process your return we will e-mail you an Return Authorization number. Please write this number on the front of your package or we will not accept the delivery.
Please Note These Items are Final Sale : Any sale items, underwear, socks, pajamas, swim-wear, hats, gloves, jewelry, hair accessories, stockings and tights, socks, blankets, burp cloths, bibs, towels, bath products, stuffed animal toys and custom order items.
We allow 14 business days from receipt for exchange. Please contact via e-mail to request the exchange. After we process your exchange we will e-mail you an Return Authorization number. Please write this number on the front of your package or we will not accept the delivery. Once we receive your item(s) we will e-mail you a confirmation and ship your new item(s).
All Returned Items must be not be worn, washed, free of pet hair, cigarette smoke, stains and must have all tags attached and be in sellable condition. Your return must meet all of these qualifications or we will not issue a refund and the item will be returned to you. We are not responsible for lost returns and we recommend using a shipping carrier that issues a tracking number and requires a signature with delivery.
Exceptions to our return policy are only for mistakes made on our behalf such as wrong sizes or color. Please e-mail us and we will correct your order as quickly as possible.

There are no Cash or Credit Refunds, all returns are for store credit only within 10 days with original receipt.

Cancellation & Out of Stock Items
You may cancel your order up until the item is shipped. All canceled orders will be charged the transaction fees. If an item is sold out we will notify you as soon as possible and we will not process your order. Some items may be able to be special ordered and would require additional processing time. We will also e-mail you when the item becomes available again.
