Appointments can be made by phone. Messages are answered as quickly as possible it may take up to 24 hrs for a phone response. Messages are checked every morning and periodically throughout the day if possible. We do accept walk-ins but there is no guaranteed appointment, we recommend calling first to check availability. If you need to cancel your appointment please give us 24 hr notice. All Children must be in good health. Please reschedule your appointment if your child is not feeling well. This will not be a good experience for them or the Stylist.
The Stylists require your help during haircuts so please do not leave your children unattended. If your child requires special care please let us know so that we will book your appointment accordingly. We want every child to have the best experience at our Salon. Our Customer Satisfaction is geared toward them and we require your help in making sure they have a great experience. We have a well stocked selection of movies and video games for your child but if you would like to bring a DVD you know they love please do.
If the Stylist did not follow your request and you are unsatisfied with the haircut you may come back within 7 days for a fix which you will not be charged for. Once a haircut is complete and has been followed by your specifications any additional changes is considered another haircut and will be charged as one. You may also have to make an appointment if there is someone waiting.
Each child is welcome to a lollipop, we do not allow food or drink in the salon. Pumpkin and Bean store credits may be used for accessories bought in the salon but not for Haircuts. Sorry but we are unable to process tips on your credit card.
