The jacket has a wind flap around the waist, velcro around the wrists, and sleeve openings with thumb holes, which keeps the snow, wind and water out.
Additionally, the jacket is lined with fleece, padded with 3M™ Thinsulate™ and it has a reflective text to increse the visibility in traffic.
